Quilt-y Name

I've been quilting alot lately. It's getting colder and quilts keep me warm, inside and out. I love looking at patterns, curled up in my cozy brown wing back chair.

I love browsing through fabric stores seeing new designs.

I love the patterns as they emerge from behind the needle of my sewing machine.

I've sort of neglected my blog during the past few weeks, but now that summer isn't keeping me so busy, I thought I'd pay a little more attention to my readers, if there are any of you left.

Just for fun, check out my new Quilt-y name, I'm Her Grace Pincushion Collector. Oh, how true!! Fit's me to a T. I love making pincushions, (small project, easily finished) and they are so pretty.

If you are crafty, check it out and tell me your quilt-y name.

Too funny - They named me The Tantalizing Temptress but I really feel more like Mrs. Fumble Fingers.
Quilting is something I've always wanted to do but I can't bring myself to try anything other than squares.
Someday.

Hmmm. I'm "Her Majesty Tiny Stitcher". What should I think of that?! I guess it could be worse. I wonder what they base it on ... probably random chance?! I was expecting a few questions at least!

Silly stuff :)

BTW, I changed my blog address - thought with so many viewing it I should take my last name out.

In Christ,
Joanne

Czarina Pantograph Collector. So then I had to go look up "pantograph". It's the thing that transfers a drawing to a different scale, so that's a good one for me. I've always wanted to paint a big mural on the side of a barn - like an old advertisement - and would use a grid system to enlarge the original. I can handle being a Czarina too. Thanks, that was fun!
